Katrina is considered an “Austinite” she arrived in Austin as soon as she could over 35 years ago! Katrina retired from the Austin Police Department after a stellar 30 year career. Having had the opportunity to be a Hostage Negotiator for 15 years and is a founding member of the peer support team. She spent the last 7 years as the S.W.A.T. Lieutenant. Her law enforcement experience, and her experience in owning real estate, has made her an expert in preserving the quality and safety of the tenants and properties that she manages. Additionally, she became skilled at tenant relationships and coordinating maintenance issues that arise from time to time. She accomplished this by fostering trustworthy relationships with vendors. Katrina gives back to the community by contributing her time and treasure to organizations that support education, law enforcement officers and their families.
A native Austinite, Anna has seen the amazing evolution of the Austin real estate market and surrounding areas. She grew up in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood and in South Austin. The growth has been phenomenal! Anna’s commercial banking career expands over 30 years and has provided her with the knowledge and expertise in financing commercial properties and learning about the financial impact (good and bad) of owning and managing commercial real estate. She holds a BA in Accounting and Business Management and earned her MS in Leadership and Change. Anna gives back to the community by contributing her time and her treasure to organizations that support education, economic development and organizations that support the LGBTQ communities.
Twenty years ago, Blanca founded Casa Blanca Realty. Blanca is known for integrity, diplomacy and sincerity in all her dealings. In her real estate transactions, she has strived to earn the trust of her clients and other real estate professionals as someone they can rely on her work and her ethics. A former educator, Blanca applies her unique teaching and listening skills to her business. Being a long-time Central Texas resident, she offers a seasoned knowledge of Austin and surrounding suburbs, counties and communities. Blanca’s motto is, “Relationships over Transactions”. Much of her business comes from repeat clients or referrals. Whether it is a starter apartment, investment property , a first or second home, Blanca provides the same level of service for all her buyers, sellers and renters.
Blanca is committed to serving the Austin community through volunteering and service. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Travis County Appraisal District. She served on Board of Directors of the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GAHCC) and served as the Chair of the Board. She now serves on the Foundation of the GAHCC, the non-profit arm of the GAHCC. She was named the GAHCC Business Woman of the Year 2012, Received the GAHCC Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018. She is also a long-time member of the Settlement Club, the fundraising arm for the Settlement Home for Girls who have experienced emotional trauma, abuse or neglect. She previously served on the Avance Austin Board, a national non-profit organization working to transform the lives of the underserved, under-resourced families. In May 2021, she was voted by the readers of the Austin chronicle as the Best Real Estate Agent for 2021. Blanca received a BS from Texas A&I University and a Master’s in Education/Curriculum & Instruction at the University of Texas. She has lived in Austin since 1975. She is married to local attorney Alberto Garcia and is the mother of Bianca, a prosecutor with the Travis County Attorney’s Office.
